He was so great at motivating and helping people realize it's okay to donate or throw stuff away. Plus, he has a sexy Australian accent. I like the idea of dedicating 10 minutes each day; that way it doesn't seem so overwhelming. From the one picture you took, it doesn't look bad at all, but if it bothers you, then you're on the right path. I would love to see before and after pics. It might inspire others as well!
